Reproducing and copying works of the artists and great masters through the past centuries of orient, occident and the present was not just a part of our syllabus at the College of Art, but, was also an experience in itself…and indeed the students and myself absorbed a lot from this extraordinary exercise.

Following are the works I have made reproductions of:

Pablo Picasso:
woman and child on a beach, c 1901, oil.

Amedeo Modigliani:
A Seated man leaning on a table, c 1917, oil.

Van Gogh: vase with daisies and Anemones, c 1887, oil.

Van Gogh: Harvest Landscape, c 1888, oil.

Bartolome Murillo: The Immaculate Conception c. 1660, oil.

M.F.Hussian: Mother Taresa, oil.

Kahlil Gibran: Sketches from his book,"The Prophet."

Claude Monet: wild poppies, c 1873, oil.
